Waddell (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Waddell (unincorporated) rose by $30,400 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $249,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Waddell (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.
