Mesa (unincorporated) home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mesa (unincorporated) rose by $14,625 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 840 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,625 - a 9.2% increase over the $159,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 733 homes sold in Mesa (unincorporated) in 2016.
