El Mirage home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in El Mirage rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 773 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 731 homes sold in El Mirage in 2016.
