Peoria home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Peoria rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 3,959 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $233,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,897 homes sold in Peoria in 2016.
