Lawmakers in Phoenix have commenced the 57th legislative session, with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) advocating for small business interests. The organization is focused on simplifying tax codes, reducing regulatory hurdles, and opposing costly industry mandates.

NFIB is inviting small business owners to participate in Small Business Day at the Capitol. This event offers an opportunity for business owners to connect with lawmakers and learn about NFIB's advocacy efforts at both state and federal levels.

Small Business Day will take place on Wednesday, March 5th, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The AZ Chapter Associated General Contractors in Phoenix. The event is free, including lunch and a reception, but requires advanced registration due to limited spots.

"Join us at the Capitol for Small Business Day," encourages NFIB. "This is an opportunity to gather with your fellow small business owners, engage your lawmakers, and learn more about how NFIB is fighting on your behalf."

Registration details are available online.
