Motorists traveling on westbound Interstate 40 in Kingman should prepare for overnight restrictions and complete closures lasting up to 30 minutes on the nights of March 10, 13, 17, and 20. These measures are necessary as crews install bridge girders for the Arizona Department of Transportation's project to build a freeway-to-freeway interchange between I-40 and US 93.

The scheduled restrictions and closures will occur between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. at White Cliffs Road. During this period, westbound I-40 will be reduced to a single lane from just west of Stockton Hill Road to east of White Cliffs Road.

Drivers can expect intermittent closures lasting up to 30 minutes during these overnight hours, after which traffic will be permitted to move through the work zone. Between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., flaggers will manage and direct traffic through the area.
