Arizona hospitals and their employees have an opportunity to receive recognition for exceptional work in clinical excellence and patient or community impact. The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association (AzHHA) has opened submissions for the 2025 AzHHA Quality Awards.

Hospitals are eligible to submit entries in several categories based on the size and specialty of the institution. These categories range from hospitals with 25 beds or fewer, including critical access hospitals, up to those with more than 300 beds. Specialty hospitals, including behavioral health, surgical, long-term acute care, and freestanding emergency departments, also have a chance to compete for the awards.

The recognition given by the AzHHA aims to highlight the contributions and improvements made by healthcare facilities in the state, promoting high standards in patient care and overall community wellbeing.
