Conservative reformer Blake Masters has been endorsed by former Acting Director of National Intelligence and potential Trump vice presidential pick Ric Grenell and former Chief of Staff to the Department of Defense Kash Patel.
”When it comes to putting America first, Kash and Ric know what they're talking about,” Masters said in a press release.
“I’m honored to have their support," Masters said. "Republicans shouldn't be wasting their money attacking one another. We literally can't afford it; Kelly is going to be one of the most well-funded Democrats this cycle. He is the extension of the corrupt and despicable Clinton-Obama-Biden machine. It's time for conservatives to unite so that we can kick Mark Kelly out of the Senate in November."
Patel and Grenell released a joint statement endorsing Masters.
"We had the honor of working in President Trump's administration,” Patel and Grenell said in a press release.
“We know what America First looks like, and what kind of person is needed in Washington, D.C., to fight against the swamp. We are proud to join Donald J. Trump in endorsing Blake Masters, a real America First patriot. Blake is already focused on Democrat Mark Kelly in November. He is traveling Arizona talking about the border crisis, Joe Biden's disastrous economy, high gas prices, and the Left's takeover of our schools. We are confident that Blake Masters knows the threats that America faces, and he has the talent and the vision to take them on. That is why he has our complete endorsement.”
Grennell previously served as acting director of National Intelligence and before that was U.S. ambassador to Germany for two years and also served as special presidential envoy for Serbia and Kosovo peace negotiations.
He has been rumored to be under consideration as former President Donald Trump’s vice presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election.
Grennell has been a vocal advocate for election integrity in the wake of the 2020 election.
Patel’s profile on the Department of Defense’s website notes he “oversaw the execution of several of President Donald J. Trump’s top priorities.”
Those responsibilities include eliminating leadership in ISIS and Al-Qa’ida terror groups as well as the return of American hostages.
Before that, Patel served as national security adviser and senior counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
