• Scottsdale Sinus Center is a comprehensive ear, nose and throat facility using state-of-the-art technology.

Dr. Brian Lee of Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy Center said his office strives to take a comprehensive approach to treating patients.

Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy Center provides a Sinus Self-Assessment Quiz, where you can choose symptoms you face that might be connected to sinusitis and receive a score that represents how much your sinuses impact your quality of life. Some of the symptoms are directly associated with the sinuses, such as congestion and experiencing nasal drainage, while other symptoms may seem more mental or psychological, such as fatigue or lack of ability to concentrate.

"Our philosophy here is to really take a comprehensive approach to make sure that patients are correctly diagnosed in all facets of the disease process that's affecting their quality of life," Lee told Grand Canyon Times. "We want to make sure that we  address and diagnose structural issues, infectious or inflammatory issues, as well as the allergy component of it, because all of those issues contribute to their disease process and the issues that they're having with their nose and sinuses."

Lee is a board-certified physician who specializes in helping patients suffering from disorders of the ear, nose and throat (ENT). Those include sinus infections, allergies, problems with the voice or swallowing, head and neck cancer, trouble with sleeping or snoring, and hearing and balance problems.

Lee attained his medical degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He then completed his internship and residency at the University of Southern California, where he focused on otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the American Rhinologic Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is passionate about missionary work and has traveled to Fiji, Peru, Uganda and Liberia to provide free medical care to residents of those countries.

Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy Center offers a variety of ENT treatments to help provide permanent relief to patients suffering from allergies and sinus problems. The practice offers the latest innovative solutions, such as balloon sinuplasty procedures. The office is located on East 2nd Street in Scottsdale.
