Kyle Reyes, owner of Law Enforcement Today, said that current legislation about the border crisis is completely ineffective. Reeves was a guest on a recent episode of the Grand Canyon Times Podcast.
“I'm terrified, having spent a ton of time on the border in the last few months,” Reyes told host Leyla Gulen on the Grand Canyon Times Podcast. “I'm terrified about the state of this country.”
“Being an election year, everybody likes to go back and forth. Oh, look at all of these wonderful things that we're going to do to fix the country,” Reyes said. “The legislation that's on the table right now is a pork laden pile of garbage that does nothing to stop this border crisis.”

FULL, UNEDITED TRANSCRIPT:
[00:00:00] Leyla Gulen: Welcome to the Grand Canyon Times Podcast. I'm your host, Leyla Gulen. In this episode, we welcome our guest, Kyle Reyes. Kyle is the CEO of The Silent Partner Marketing. His 1776 project recently purchased Law Enforcement Today. Once the largest police owned media outlet in America, he intends to breathe new life into this endeavor to continue to tell the stories.
[00:00:25] Leyla Gulen: Of the men and women who wear the badge. A broadcast media professional, Kyle now travels the country as a spokesman and keynote speaker as a veteran loving, coffee drinking patriot who's acquired a taste for tea. Have I got that all right,
[00:00:41] Kyle Reyes: Kyle? Yeah, I mean, more like iced, unsweetened iced tea, but yeah, I mean, we'd go with that.
[00:00:47] Leyla Gulen: Unsweetened iced tea. Okay, sounds good. Well, Kyle, we want to thank you so much for joining us. And I think the timing is perfect considering everything that's happening at the border. And I know that's been an issue [00:01:00] of great passion for you. And maybe you could tell us a little bit just about your thoughts on particularly this legislation that they're trying to pass in the nation's capital that Democrats and Republicans, they can't seem to agree on exactly what it's going to result in, but if you ask a conservative right wing Republican, they're going to say, well, this bill is going to allow 5, 000 immigrants into the country every single day.
[00:01:29] Leyla Gulen: Democrats say no. What are your
[00:01:31] Kyle Reyes: thoughts? So my thoughts are, it's kind of like a dude cheating on his wife every single day and then going home and buying her flowers and hoping he can make everything okay. If you're not fixing the problem, if you're not stopping what is causing the issue, then you're not making anything better.
[00:01:49] Kyle Reyes: And so, listen, first and foremost, I'm a Christian conservative father of four little girls and a husband to a woman that's. Like way out of my, and so everything for [00:02:00] me is based on truth, righteousness, and protecting our country because without nation without borders, as has been said before, is no nation at all.
[00:02:10] Kyle Reyes: And I'm terrified having spent a ton of time. on the border in the last few months seeing what's going on first and I'm terrified about the state of this country that and so being a an election year, everybody likes to go back and forth. Oh, look at all of these wonderful things that we're going to do to fix the country.
[00:02:28] Kyle Reyes: The legislation that's on the table right now is a pork laden pile of garbage that does nothing to stop this border price.
[00:02:36] Leyla Gulen: Right. And I think a lot of people would agree with you. There doesn't seem to be any other solution, though, that's being lobbied back and forth. So, so what I'm wondering is, who do you think should really come out with a stronger voice and to say, we've got a better solution here?
[00:02:55] Leyla Gulen: You've got Governor Ron DeSantis, who's sending hundreds of National Guard troops to the [00:03:00] Texas border to help them there. You have the Supreme Court, who's ordering Border Patrol to cut the razor wire that was put in place to protect the border. So, so who are you putting the responsibility on, whose shoulders, uh, that should be doing a better job in representing the people of Texas up in our nation's capital?
[00:03:22] Kyle Reyes: So I think Governor Abbott is, is the first one to really step up in the last couple of years to take action, right? I mean, I wasn't in love with the fact that we've had this border crisis for years and I felt that he was a little bit weak in how he addressed it. But now that the numbers have hit such a catastrophic tipping point in society, it's a much larger issue than the catastrophic issue we've faced over the last couple of years.
[00:03:48] Kyle Reyes: There is one man who had solutions with the remain in Mexico policy, the construction of the border wall. I mean, people could love it or hate it, but the numbers as high as they were under [00:04:00] president Trump. We're substantially lower. We saw the border wall going up all over the southern border, and it took a while for it to begin because of this impact that we've had in Congress.
[00:04:13] Kyle Reyes: Even at its highest estimate, it is, it would have cost the amount of money that we basically sent to Ukraine in a couple of days over the year 2023. But the policies that, that you put in place. We're looking, they were reducing the numbers substantially. SCOTUS just ruled that border agents can cut the wire.
[00:04:34] Kyle Reyes: Not that they should cut it, but that they can. They did not rule that Texas has to stop putting it up. It's an interesting ruling. But I think that it's a ruling that also speaks a little bit to the state's right. Um, they didn't say that Texas cannot continue to put up the wire. What we're seeing right now, uh, based on all the time that I've spent on the border, based on our local, state, [00:05:00] federal, um, connections in law enforcement, and based on resources that we have in other countries, many of whom are currently employed by the U.
[00:05:08] Kyle Reyes: S. government, others are in unofficial capacities. Over there. They have all reported back to us that you're going to see this border crisis and tech slowdown considerably over the next couple of months for a couple of reasons. 1. There was some kind of a deal that was struck between the Biden administration and Mexico to deploy military assets from Mexico to the border.
[00:05:32] Kyle Reyes: And because from what we've been told, the optics are not good, the optics are not good for the Biden administration, and they have been for governor Abbott, because people are rallying around Texas with huge levels of support with a huge show of, yes, this is our country and we need to protect it. And so one of the things that we've heard.
[00:05:53] Kyle Reyes: Many times over in the last week from assets who are in Mexico and on the southern border is that all [00:06:00] of these illegal immigrants, they're not coming across at the moment in the waves that they were in Texas, but that they are amassing over on the southern border in warehouses and camps over there, and there will come a tipping point at a time where there is a flood.
[00:06:14] Kyle Reyes: That's unleashed, which will most likely overwhelm the law enforcement from Texas that's on the southern border, which will then at that point allow Biden to say, Hey, see, told you, so they told you we needed to be able to allow them to come across in more sustainable ways. And at that point, it wouldn't surprise us to see him at that federalized the tax national.
[00:06:35] Kyle Reyes: And a lot of people are going to flip out and go, Oh, that's just conspiracy theories. That's all made up. But when you have that exact same intel coming from guys all over the southern border. on both sides of the border, local, state and federal law enforcement. It's usually worth listening to these guys because these are the guys who are on the ground.
[00:06:54] Kyle Reyes: We're seeing it every single day, but it's not just Texas, right? In Arizona, the border is wide open. [00:07:00] You have the Tohono O'odham Reservation over there, which has allowed, has prevented law enforcement from being able to do anything about the tsunami of illegal immigrants. It's crossing through the reservation into America.
[00:07:14] Kyle Reyes: But on top of that, you have a, a governor who refuses to enforce the law. And now that we're in an election year, then the optics are very bad. Now all of a sudden she said, well, I'm going to send the guard out there to do what they're not actually doing anything to stop the numbers from pouring across the border.
[00:07:31] Kyle Reyes: So we definitely have an existential threat to America right now, every single day crossing that
[00:07:36] Leyla Gulen: border. And it seems like people are waking up. I mean, I don't understand. I'm from California. So I could see firsthand what that looked like. California has a huge illegal immigration population, but. I, I see now there are other states throughout this country who are realizing that they are all border states as well.
[00:07:59] Leyla Gulen: They're [00:08:00] not necessarily from Texas or Arizona or anywhere else. But now we're starting to see people really waking up. There's a convoy that's setting up near El Paso, take our border back convoy. But does it seem to be a little too late of other voices coming in and being stakeholders in what has become a national problem?
[00:08:23] Kyle Reyes: So it's a tough answer to give because the reality of it is that it's never too little, it's never too late, but we are 100 percent past the point where we are going to be able to prevent terror attacks from happening based on what we've seen here, based on all of the intel that we've received. When you have law enforcement saying, Hey Kyle, those CBP, yeah, we're part of the ones who are recording it.
[00:08:48] Kyle Reyes: And let me tell you. The true numbers are 2 to 1 for every quote unquote apprehension that you see, which don't be fooled. Upwards of 90 percent of them are still being released into the interior [00:09:00] of the U. S. flown domestically without any ID to wherever they want to go in the country. But when you see, when your law enforcement sources say for every one apprehension.
[00:09:12] Kyle Reyes: You have two more gotaways. When you know that if you declare asylum at sanctuary, you're going to be processed and released into the U. S. at least nine times out of ten. Why, why would you avoid that process? Why would you be one of these gotaways? Well, that's where we have terrorists, known terrorists. We have cartel members, we have human trafficking, we have child sex trafficking happening every single day on the border.
[00:09:38] Kyle Reyes: When you have the director of the FBI saying that before 9 11. There were blinking red lights and now there are quote, blinking red lights everywhere. That's not him saying, Hey, we're working on things and don't worry, we're going to stop it. That is a total cover your butt moment so that after the waves of terror attacks begin, you can go, Hey, you better see, I told you [00:10:00] guys tried to warn you, tried to do something about it, tried to stop it.
[00:10:03] Kyle Reyes: So we are past that point. They are here. They are all over the country. And with. This threat comes, like I said, the sex trafficking comes, the fentanyl crisis, the fentanyl crisis is not happening on the border in Texas or Arizona. Fentanyl is 50 cents a pill on the streets in Tucson, Arizona. Spent a lot of time with the police chief, with sheriffs out there, we went up in the air with Tucson PD, we've done ride along.
[00:10:31] Kyle Reyes: It's 50 cents a pill there. Well, the cartels are a business. They don't want 50 cents a pill. They want to get 20 bucks a pill. Up in Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Washington State, Maine, Connecticut. The farther north that the sex trafficking victims, that the drugs move, the more money they can get. And they're not stupid.
[00:10:51] Kyle Reyes: They're evil.
[00:10:54] Leyla Gulen: Yeah, and diving into the Arizona border. So to your point, recently, an American [00:11:00] teen was caught at Arizona's Douglas Port of Entry just a couple of weeks ago, trying to smuggle nearly a half million fentanyl pills into the U. S. And this is a story that's on repeat all across the border. So, so far.
[00:11:14] Leyla Gulen: A, why can't we, should we, how do we get Arizona to follow in Texas's footsteps? And as far as Americans who are contributing to the problem, how do we get Them to pay the price for what they're doing more so than what they are right now. Because really, if you're caught with drugs, you're not prosecuted to the fullest extent.
[00:11:41] Leyla Gulen: You're often just let back into the system. So, so how do we really hammer down and make our borders safer, tighter, more secure and prosecute Americans? Well,
[00:11:53] Kyle Reyes: the first is that liberalism is a cancerous [00:12:00] set of policies that is destroying our country. If God forbid I'm in the People's Republic of Connecticut and I get pulled over and found to have a 30 round magazine on me because I'm going to the range.
[00:12:13] Kyle Reyes: I am a felon. But guess what? If I'm a criminal who had a nine that I wasn't allowed to have, I'm probably just going to be released, right? And charges are going to be dropped out of the guise and state. So we're going to ask a law abiding citizens. Using a weaponized system that is spitting in the face of the Supreme Court on ruling like the second amendment ruling that we had last year.
[00:12:37] Kyle Reyes: And in the meantime, you have those same states that are saying, see, states like Texas don't actually believe in the law of the land. They're defying the Supreme Court. Well, Texas hasn't defied the Supreme Court. They have not violated the ruling of the wire with the Supreme Court. They've continued to put it up.
[00:12:51] Kyle Reyes: Supreme Court never said they couldn't. Supreme Court was very clear and specific on the second amendment. Supreme court was very clear and specific on things like the [00:13:00] student debt forgiveness plan. And yet Biden went and passed student debt forgiveness. Anyway, California, New York, and other liberal States implemented radical rulings or radical new laws, limiting the rights of law abiding citizens to carry in certain parts of the state, despite the Supreme court ruling.
[00:13:19] Kyle Reyes: And so the first thing that hasn't changed. Is that we need to eliminate these radical policies and these radical liberal prosecutors who have come into office through the funding of George Soros and other far left organizations. And we need to focus back on the truth of it. Listen, I spend a lot of time with the National Border Patrol Council and our Board of Advisors.
[00:13:43] Kyle Reyes: I love those dudes. are so passionate about protecting this country and they are so handcuffed in their ability to do so the mental health decline and the morale of some of these guys so bad because every single day they are [00:14:00] being blocked from doing what they signed up to do and so the problem here is not bullet patrol does not have a problem with what governor Abbott is doing in Texas as a matter of fact they applaud it and they're grateful for it but you are not going to see Policies change or anything change in states like Arizona, unless we flip the people who are in office who are writing the laws or who are passing these policies that are protecting criminals, releasing criminals onto the streets and going after law abiding citizens.
[00:14:31] Leyla Gulen: I can't, I can't even imagine the frustration. I cannot even imagine the frustration. You want to do a job. You're putting your life on the line to to do a job, and you're not allowed to do it. You're not kept any safer yourself either. In Arizona's Cochise County, their sheriff there just spoke out on the border crisis, and they said that they've been inundated with illegal immigrants there, and they put a price tag on pursuing border crime, which is up more than nine million [00:15:00] dollars, which all comes from taxpayers.
[00:15:02] Leyla Gulen: So people are, are losing their livelihoods because of this mess. There's less consumer spending, less tax dollars, less money for enforcement. So it has a real crippling effect all across the board. Do you, when you sit back and you look back over the last 20 years, let's just say, why do you think this is happening?
[00:15:22] Leyla Gulen: Why do you think that we have gone so far backwards, digressed so much to the point where we are today? Why is this happening? Have you ever just thought about that? Ask yourself
[00:15:35] Kyle Reyes: that question. I mean, you and I should probably like crack open a bottle of bourbon for this conversation because we could talk about for hours.
[00:15:42] Kyle Reyes: I mean, I'll go back to Cochise County for a second. So Sheriff Danil, he's a good friend of mine. He's on our board of advisors. We were just out filming with them. We've done a couple of documentaries with him and some of his deputies. And Cochise County is a great example because we're out on the road and one of the deputies said, listen, [00:16:00] we'll run code.
[00:16:00] Kyle Reyes: So lights and sirens, we'll go 120 miles an hour for an hour and a half. To get to a call. That is how big of a county Cochise County is. It is absolutely massive. And so these guys are doing everything in their power to fight back and to prevent what's happening here. But even Pinnacle County Sheriff Lamb, also good personal friend on our board of advisors, um, their county is larger than the state of Connecticut.
[00:16:25] Kyle Reyes: And so when you begin to look at the landmass. And you begin to look at how these open border policies have allowed people to flood across. It begins to be overwhelming to people, unless you can kind of quantify it based on the size of the landmass. But to your question about how we got here, I mean, there are so many answers to that.
[00:16:47] Kyle Reyes: I would go back to, we removed God from society. We worked on destroying the nuclear family. In 2020, 2021, we saw riots by Black Lives Matter. Which is [00:17:00] as an organization was pulling a page straight out of the mafia playbook, which was threatened to burn businesses to the ground unless they ante up and show us some money and state on your website, uh, effectively that you are in support of the destruction of the nuclear.
[00:17:17] Kyle Reyes: Five, 10 years ago, we saw a very heavy handed move to begin changing over and indoctrinating students in colleges with a radical pro Marxist agenda. And that has now shifted to elementary school. I mean, the graphic porn that is being Shown to children in elementary school. That's why we publicly on Fox and friends pulled our kids out of school because it is, it has gotten so radical.
[00:17:44] Kyle Reyes: The education system has gone so far left that we are, we're sexualizing little children and the end game here seems to be the normalization of pedophiles. I mean, when you have states now passing legislation or [00:18:00] we're working on legislation so that we are no longer calling. pedophiles because I could hurt their feelings when you have people openly advocating for a difference between minor attracted people and pedophiles.
[00:18:13] Kyle Reyes: I'm sorry, but a minor attracted per the argument was made while minor attracted person is just someone who is attracted to kids, but they haven't done anything. They haven't acted on it. They haven't done anything wrong. I mean, this is where we are in society. And if you were to tell me that 15 years ago, I would have looked at you like you were absolutely nuts.
[00:18:31] Kyle Reyes: But this is happening every single day. China has done a magnificent job of very publicly over the years, talking about how they are a very patient society. They will wait hundreds, thousands of years to achieve their objectives. We have a, a white house that is. Without question compromised by China, you have the director of the CIA, who is arguably compromised by China, has very heavy ties [00:19:00] to China and to Chinese think tanks.
[00:19:03] Kyle Reyes: We're going in the wrong direction, and everybody on the right is so concerned about, I don't want to upset the apple cart, right? I don't want to, I don't want to hurt people's feelings. And I think you also see A number of straight up rhinos, Republicans in name only, who are, they themselves, who are on the take, who have made tremendous amounts of money.
[00:19:23] Kyle Reyes: So McCarthy was a turncoat, but he was one of the lesser known ones. Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Mitch McConnell, a lot of these guys. Oh, I mean, I wouldn't even argue that she's a Republican. I'll tell you who the best man to ever walk this earth besides Jesus is currently in Congress. My best friend, Congressman Eli Crane, a former Navy SEAL sniper turned entrepreneur, hardcore Christian conservative, believes in returning America to biblical, conservative, principles to focus on [00:20:00] protecting the nuclear family, to focus on an America first agenda, which simply means putting Americans and our own families that our own business interests first and foremost, um, there are still good men and women who are in Congress who are fighting, but they need to know that they have the support of Americans.
[00:20:19] Leyla Gulen: And how do you get the support of Americans? Because I mean, clearly there there's half of the country seems to feel that way, the other half. Not so much. I mean, is that an honest depiction of sort of what the lay of the land? I mean, is it really truly half and half? Or no,
[00:20:39] Kyle Reyes: that's an honest depiction of what the media wants you to believe.
[00:20:42] Kyle Reyes: The media wants you to believe that this country is split down the middle. But, uh, I mean, I was just found with the Hidalgo County sheriff, who he is a lifelong Democrat, but he's a Kennedy Democrat. And he was the first one to call out on camera, straight up, called out Biden, Paul called out Democrats on these open [00:21:00] border policies.
[00:21:01] Kyle Reyes: And then I said to him, well, talk to me about the second amendment. He goes, I think every American. Deserves to and should have a firearm and should get one and practice and train with it. And so we finished filming and I said, Sheriff, I thought you were a Democrat. He goes, Of course I am. Why? And I said, Brother, up in Connecticut, where I'm from, we just moved to Florida, but where I'm from in Connecticut, man, you're considered like a right wing extremist.
[00:21:23] Kyle Reyes: And he starts laughing and he goes, Kyle, you have a lot of, uh, a lot of people. Are way more conservative than they even realize they vote Democrat because their parents or their grandparents voted Democrat. A couple of my best friends, big black eyes, hardcore conservatives, took them a while to realize that they were conservatives because their family always voted Democrat.
[00:21:43] Kyle Reyes: That's just. What you did, and then their eyes were opened actually by Trump. They were big Obama supporters back in the day, and then President Trump opened up their eyes to realizing that there, there weren't many politicians who actually cared about putting families first and [00:22:00] Americans first. And so I think that Americans are.
[00:22:04] Kyle Reyes: far more conservative than people realize. And I think that the media would have you believe otherwise because the left has done a back deficit war of crushing the magnificent job of crushing the right in the culture war by using big tech, by owning and manipulating the mainstream media to advance a radical agenda, to groom children, to take away second amendment rights, to defund the police.
[00:22:27] Kyle Reyes: And so everything that you see in the media, I think, is largely an inaccurate representation of the true values of your average American.
[00:22:37] Leyla Gulen: Yeah. And you mentioned that you just moved from Connecticut to Florida. We did. You did. And you probably also heard, just going back to you pulling your kids out of school in Connecticut, that a new state mandated tampon dispenser in high school boys bathrooms were ripped
[00:22:56] Kyle Reyes: down.
[00:22:56] Kyle Reyes: Not just high school. All of the school bathrooms. So they [00:23:00] mandated them in elementary school boys bathrooms. It's insane. It's absolutely crazy. They sent home 4th and 5th grade boys with puberty kits that included tampons and maxi pads. It's nuts. That makes no
[00:23:16] Leyla Gulen: sense. That makes biologically no
[00:23:18] Kyle Reyes: sense.
[00:23:19] Kyle Reyes: Well, let's not pretend for a second that there's actually a biological difference between men and women. Now you sound like a real extremist. You know, right? If you talk to, if you were to poll most people and you were to ask them very specifically questions, forget the politics for a second. Like, talk to me about what you care about.
[00:23:39] Kyle Reyes: I want to protect my kids. I want to be able to one day retire. I want to be able to go to the grocery store and buy groceries and not have a panic attack when I get to the cash register. I want to be able to have money in the bank so that if God forbid, there's an emergency. We're okay. I want to keep sex offenders and child predators away from [00:24:00] my little girl.
[00:24:00] Kyle Reyes: I want to teach my kids that there's a difference between right and wrong and good versus evil. I have a hard time believing that 50 percent of Americans would disagree with any of those statements. And so when you get down into the statements, outside of the identity politics, people are conservative in this country.
[00:24:19] Leyla Gulen: They are. But why do you think the mainstream media is promoting that radical agenda? Why do you think they're so on board that first of all, as media, as a journalist, you're supposed to be neutral. You're supposed to tell both sides of the story and then let the people decide for themselves what they want to believe in.
[00:24:38] Leyla Gulen: But why is there such a promotion on the left when clearly it's not working? I mean, it's not like we're living high on the hog and living so great that We don't have crime and we don't have inflation and we're not having those panic attacks as we walk up to the grocery store cash register. Yet, we're still [00:25:00] promoting all the ideals that brought us to this place.
[00:25:03] Kyle Reyes: The dirty truth of it is that most of the mainstream media is owned by a handful of leftist conglomerates. It's not a conspiracy theory. Just follow the money. It's well documented. It's the truth. But then you're going to take a step back and understand. Uh, the evolution of journalism and how this happens.
[00:25:21] Kyle Reyes: So I worked in TV for about 10 years. I was a producer of news and special projects. The last three years that I was in TV, I worked for NBC Connecticut, which was one of nine on an operated stations. I got sent to a program in Florida. The company that ran the journalism school now runs one of the big quote unquote fact checkers, which is funded largely with drum roll, please.
[00:25:44] Kyle Reyes: George Soros funding. And while I was. At this training program, I was literally trained how to make cops look bad. They showed us how to manipulate body cam and dash cam footage to make it look like cops had murdered and shot in the back an unarmed black man. [00:26:00] What they did not show you in that footage was the moment right before the cop shot, where that large Unarmed black man who got shot in the back was actually running at the officer with a butcher knife raised over his head about to kill the cop.
[00:26:13] Kyle Reyes: And at that point, everything was already in motion. The cop pulled out his gun, fired as the man turned and dropped the knife. They only had us edit it to show you that one little clip. That 2 seconds, that sensationalized everything. And so, when you begin to understand that the decision makers, I'm not talking about your average everyday journalist.
[00:26:33] Kyle Reyes: I'm talking about the editors. I'm talking about the news directors. When there is such an indoctrination because of the training that's happened. Over the years, you begin to understand how things became manipulated. And then when you look at where a lot of the funding comes from, you look at the billions of dollars that Big Pharma, for example, pushes into the quote unquote fact checkers and the mainstream media.
[00:26:58] Kyle Reyes: We saw all of this, again, [00:27:00] quote unquote misinformation, that was pushed out in 2020. And as soon as one of these fact checkers would declare that something was fake news, You would get flagged and the reach of not just that article, but your entire page on social media would be throttled and or shut down and your page or your website would be demonetized.
[00:27:22] Kyle Reyes: Well, we know that big pharma played a huge role in this. You had the global disinformation index, which was largely funded in partnership with the U S state department was putting websites, including. Ours, including Dan Bongino, including Gateway Pundit and a bunch of others on a list that effectively got everybody demonetized to try and put them out of business.
[00:27:45] Kyle Reyes: They put us on that list for reporting on things like Hunter Biden laptop, quote unquote, disinformation, which turned out to be true. The lab leak, which turned out to not actually be a bat in a marketplace in China. [00:28:00] So all these things that, that were conspiracy theories that what's the difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth about six months, all these things that were flagged as being disinformation that got conservative media companies shut down or effectively put out of business turned out to be truthful.
[00:28:18] Kyle Reyes: And so there is a much, much bigger play at work here to silence opposing voices and it's working.
[00:28:26] Leyla Gulen: Yeah, what do you think? What's your prediction? You're a prognosticator. As we get closer to November and the election, the general election, what do you think is going to happen? I mean, do you have hope that we're going to see a change in the White House, that we're going to see a shift?
[00:28:44] Leyla Gulen: Do you think it's going to get worse? Oh
[00:28:47] Kyle Reyes: yeah, I'm terrified about what the next six months bring. I said for a long time, I don't, do not think that Biden is going to be the nominee. I think it's going to be Gavin Newsom. And I would not be [00:29:00] surprised to see Michelle Obama as his VP pick, but I do not think it's going to be Biden.
[00:29:04] Kyle Reyes: I think I've been saying this for two years, that if it looks like Trump's got a legitimate chance, which I believe that if everything was fair and equal, he does. I would not be surprised if they tried to make a move to take him out in whatever way, shape, or form they need. I also would not put it past the radical left to make moves that destabilize this country, whether it be economically, whether it be with Terror attacks, that, or another COVID, disease X, whatever you want to call the next one.
[00:29:38] Kyle Reyes: I'm terrified about what's going to happen over the next six months. And I'm going to be honest with you, every single person that I've spoken with in law enforcement, local, state, and federal, that are within hundreds of miles of the border, every single one said to me, yeah, I'm just getting ready. I'm just getting my family prepared so that if things go south, when things go south, we're ready to [00:30:00] be able to protect our own kids.
[00:30:02] Leyla Gulen: That's a dire prediction. I was hoping you were going to say something else, Kyle.
[00:30:08] Kyle Reyes: I'm not going to lie to you. Listen, I, I put my faith in God, right? And I believe that if anybody can fix this country and turn things around, I believe it's God. We, you know, in, in everything that we do in business and our media outlet and any of our companies in my family, we look to God first.
[00:30:25] Kyle Reyes: And so you, you have faith and you hope and pray for the best, but you also prepare for the worst because at the end of the day, like I said, I think. Your average everyday American cares about nothing more than protecting their own families. And so I would rather be laughed at after and looked at as being that crazy guy, but have been prepared so that if things hit the fan, I was able to protect my life
[00:30:48] Leyla Gulen: and kids.
[00:30:48] Leyla Gulen: Of course. Of course. I mean, God also gave us common sense. Do you think common sense can prevail? Do you think we could see, I mean, Look at what happened in New Hampshire, for instance, as far as the primaries concerned. So [00:31:00] even with what they're accused of in trying to cast votes for Nikki Haley over Donald Trump still came away as the victor there.
[00:31:10] Leyla Gulen: Obviously you could say the same in the general election, that's potentially going to happen again. But do you think that there could be an overwhelming outpouring? Of support for common sense that can, with lack of a better term, trump the opposition. Do you think that is a possibility? I don't think
[00:31:35] Kyle Reyes: it's so much common sense as much as I like to call it the WTF moment.
[00:31:40] Kyle Reyes: Uh, which is where, where people look and at that moment, uh, well, I think you're right. I think that they are, but I think the idea of election interference is not, it's not a right wing extremist conspiracy theory, right? Like after 2016. And a lot of people on the left who are saying there was [00:32:00] election interference, there was voter fraud, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
[00:32:02] Kyle Reyes: Election interference does not just solely or even in and of itself mean flipping votes or stealing an election by breaking a voting machine or habulation or whatever. It's how you influence people. That is election interference. Trying to keep a presidential candidate off the ballot because you don't like him is the definition of election interference.
[00:32:28] Kyle Reyes: And then it's the very fascism that liberals claim Trump is capable of and responsible for. When you go and you prevent people from being able to vote when they get So the polls, because of technical glitches in overwhelmingly conservative areas, that is election interference. When you claim that information that could be truthful, like the Hunter Biden laptop story or the COVID lab leak is spun as being right wing conspiracy theories, when our federal agencies [00:33:00] know the truth and suppress the truth, that is the definition of election interference.
[00:33:05] Kyle Reyes: When you have the FBI sharing Office space with the DNC, specifically with the, uh, Clinton camp, that is the definition of election interference when you have information that you suppress about money or, uh, influence that may be tied to a presidential candidate because you don't want to hurt that presidential candidate that is election interference.
[00:33:27] Kyle Reyes: And so my hope and prayer is that the eyes of people open up to realizing that they've been lied to and manipulated. to advance an agenda that is much greater and scarier than anyone could possibly
[00:33:40] Leyla Gulen: imagine. Yeah. So what is next for you? What's coming up in the next several months for you?
[00:33:44] Kyle Reyes: Lots of good stuff.
[00:33:45] Kyle Reyes: We're, uh, we're going to be launching a campaign called Every State's a Border State with Sheriff Lamb to show the impact of the border crisis on all 50 states. Um, we're working on an initiative. To bring would good officers every month on a, [00:34:00] uh, on a series of retreats. Um, we've got some, some work that we're doing to help being national law enforcement officer memorial funds to do a capital raise.
[00:34:10] Kyle Reyes: We are going to continue to cover. All things border related and all things law and order of bringing crews back out to Arizona to Eagle Pass over in Texas to the interior of the U. S. areas that are really hit hard by the border crisis, the New Mexico and California. And we are going to just continue to tell the stories without the, the politics, but the stories of the men and women who serve them to protect our communities and our country every single day at.
[00:34:38] Kyle Reyes: are largely ignored by the mainstream. That's
